So, what's this program all about?
“The Talk” is a fireside chat with creative performances.
This conversation with Black artists, healers, and entrepreneurs explores the transfer of knowledge between generations about the importance of preserving Black bodies, not just for survival but as a strategy for liberation.
This format can work for many communities’ issues: “The Talk” between older generations and younger generations about keeping the family business/ranch alive, “The Talk” about sexual identity and expression, “The Talk” about family money, etc…
