There are, in fact, actual answers to all these questions (and good ones, too!)—so come enjoy locally crafted drinks and delicious food, while we use specific case studies from history like these as a jumping off point to explore their impact on politics, fashion, economics, science, culture, and how it all relates to our civic life today.
